LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in our products resulting from normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Lighting Products: All lighting fixtures and components are excluded from this lifetime warranty.
- Final Sale Items: Any products designated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are sold “as is” and are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Misuse & Modifications: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or any modifications that alter the product from its original design.
While our representatives may at times offer helpful suggestions to assist you, please note that only the official assembly instructions and intended product design are covered under this warranty. If a suggestion varies from the official instructions, you must use your own discretion before proceeding, as any modifications outside the intended design will void the warranty.
